DHY-03RLY Latching Handset Relay Option For DHY-03, S and T
The DHY-03RLY is a latching handset relay option for old-style DHY-03, DHY-03S and DHY-03T products. New products have the latching relay option included as standard, so this option doesn't need to be ordered separately. Check the DHY-03 handbook for detailed information on which serial numbers of older products do not have the latching relay option fitted as standard.
The DHY-03 units now have an integrated divert
relay that automatically disconnects the handset when the unit handles the calls. For
early DHY-03 units, at this point, the telephone handset must be replaced,
otherwise the line will be double terminated resulting in poorer performance. For early
units, order the accessory DHY-03RLY in order to have a divert relay to automatically
disconnect the handset.
